Co-Chair of the firm's Automotive Practice, Seth has extensive experience providing legal guidance to businesses and dealers in the automobile, truck and motorcycle industries.
He advises clients on complex commercial transactions, business and franchise disputes, regulatory compliance and operational issues. He regularly provides legal counsel to new and used automobile, truck and motorcycle dealers on matters relating to dealership personnel, floorplan and retail credit relationships, finance, insurance and other recurring issues.
He also guides dealers on their rights and obligations related to franchisors and manufacturers as well as advocates for them in disputes involving terminations, ownership transfers, add-points, warranty reimbursement, franchise modification, price discrimination, warranty and incentive audits and other manufacturing programs.
Seth is also a litigator who has defended car dealers against class actions and other consumer lawsuits. Additionally, he works closely with clients to mitigate legal action by conducting compliance audits.
In addition to automobile law, Seth represents clients – often corporations, closely held businesses, policyholders and professionals – in business, corporate, contractual and partnership disputes.
