Benne Hutson

From 1982 until 2017, I was in private practice in large regional and national firms with my practice focused on environmental law. From 2017 until my retirement in 2024, I was a deputy general counsel in a public company responsible for environmental, sustainability and litigation matters as well as the director of the corporate insurance program. After retirement, I joined Hennessy Automobile Companies, a family business in which my wife is an owner with her 3 brothers where I am serving as the company's first internal general counsel. Hennessy has 12 locations with the majority selling luxury brands.
