Hotel Information
Our room block at the Fairmont Miramar is now sold out. You may contact the hotel to see if there are rooms available outside of the NADC block, but they are very close to being at capacity. Other hotels within walking distance:

Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellation(s) of the 2026 NADC Annual Member Conference can be accommodated by NADC up to Friday, March 20, 2026 less a $25.00 processing fee. After March 20 we are not able to process refunds.
