Advanced Website With Searchable Knowledgebase

The NADC has developed a highly advanced website that allows members to post inquiries and information, track members, and search through archives. Launched in 2010, this website provides members with an eForum and eLibrary that are designed to organize, index, and archive the membership knowledgebase.  Other features of the website include a membership directory, a job board, and event calendar.

Dealer-Related Legal Publications

Membership in the NADC includes subscriptions to NADC’s Defender and CounselorLibrary’s Spot Delivery®.

  • The Defender is published regularly by the NADC and contains timely articles written by top dealer attorneys.
  • Spot Delivery is a concise, easy-to-read, monthly legal update that you can depend on to provide timely answers to legal questions you face every day. This newsletter addresses complex legal issues from an industry perspective; it also keeps you informed on new legal developments affecting dealer business.

 Members-Only Meetings

The NADC holds two meetings each year.  Our Annual Conference is held in the Spring and features two days of high quality and deeply relevant presentations made by leading dealer attorneys.  Our Fall Workshop is one day of detailed presentations covering the most pressing legal issues faced by vehicle dealers.


The NADC conducts webinars on an “as needed” basis. In the past, NADC webinars have been conducted to discuss such topics as manufacturer bankruptcies and rejected dealer arbitrations.
