Ronald Campione

Ronald J. Campione is Assistant General Counsel for Dealer Owned Warranty Company, LLC, where he advises a multi-entity automotive products, F&I, and technology organization on commercial transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and emerging technology initiatives. With more than 25 years of legal experience, he has served as lead counsel on significant litigation matters, software and technology transactions, joint ventures, and regulatory issues. Mr. Campione is also a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Army War College. He serves on the Board of the National Association of Dealer Counsel.
