The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) unveiled its new website on September 6, 2018 to better serve member needs. NADC has redesigned www.dealercounsel.com and among other improvements in style and usability, the new website is mobile-friendly and will provide an engaging interface.
NADC’s new website provides greater access to valuable NADC resources. With its mobile-friendly design, NADC members will be able to easily access these materials from their offices or on the go. This new website will better serve the mission of the organization to provide education and information for attorneys representing automotive dealers for the purpose of improving and developing their capabilities.
The NADC is a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealers. The NADC provides a forum for members to share information, common experience, and advice related to manufacturer franchise issues, lemon laws, vehicle finance, regulatory complexities, insurance laws, tax laws, buy/sell agreements, employment law, and many other issues facing dealers and their counsel today.
