2012 8th Annual NADC Member Conference

The 2012 8th Annual NADC Member Conference is a two day program designed to provide you with updates, best practices, lessons learned and other beneficial thoughts and ideas. The speakers for this conference are some of the most knowledgeable in their respected areas and you will be sure to take home valuable tools that will benefit you and your clients.
The 2012 Annual Conference offers the opportunity for NADC members to receive 810 minutes of CLE credit. This translates to 13.5 CLE hours based on a 60 minute scale and 16.2 CLE hours based on a 50 minute scale. If you are interested in receiving CLE credit for your attendance, please be sure to note this when registering.
Meeting Registration:
The registration fee is $495 per attendee and this includes meeting materials, sessions, and meal functions, as well as an opening reception on Sunday and a reception following the end of the first day.
Hotel Reservation:
The conference will be held at the
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch and reservations can be made by calling 888-421-1442. Please reference the NADC Annual Conference to receive our discounted rate of $229. You can also reserve a room on-line by visiting the
Hyatt Regency web site. A credit card is required to hold each individual’s reservation.
The room block deadline for hotel reservations is April 9, 2012. I would recommend making your reservations early to avoid the room block selling out.
Please note that the hotel deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 72 hours in advance of your arrival date, and a cancellation number is obtained.
Agenda:
A draft agenda is attached below. The sessions for the first day are scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM on Monday, April 30th and concluding at 5:00 PM. The sessions for the second day are planned for a start time of 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 1st and ending at 3:00 PM.
Airport Transportation:
The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 30 minutes from the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) is approximately 45 minutes away (both depending on traffic). Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport services most major airlines, but the only airlines that fly to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport are Allegiant and Spirit. Both airports offer several transportation options (taxis, shuttles, limos, light rail/city bus). Please visit the website

Both airports offer rental car service from the major companies but please be sure to book a car in advance as vehicles are limited for walk-up customers.
Travel Plans:
Please arrange your travel to join NADC at the opening cocktail reception on Sunday, April 29th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Any golfers out there? We will plan on holding a golf tournament Sunday morning. If you are interested in playing golf please email Erin Murphy at
emurphy@dealercounsel.com. The conference will begin on Monday, April 30th at 8:00 am and adjourn on Tuesday, May 1st by 5:00 pm. If you plan on spending some extra time in Scottsdale please note that the group rate will be made available three days pre (April 28, 2012) and post (May 1, 2012) based upon hotel availability.
